My name is Udechukwu Ogueri, and I’m a proud Nigerian, a registered nurse, and a mother of three amazing children. For over two decades, I dedicated my life to caring for others. But somewhere along the way, between long shifts, emotional exhaustion, and missing precious family moments, I realized I was burnt out. I was surviving—not living.
